Counselling is a valuable support that means instead of only just coping during difficult times, you can increase your personal awareness, confidence and resilience. Examples of issues I work with clients on:
- grief – loss of a loved one, loss of health, job loss
- life transition – e.g. relationship break-up, career change, retirement
- relationship issues – family, work, significant others
I will provide you with the support you need, help you develop clarity about what is contributing to your situation (for example your own beliefs, values, perceptions, and coping patterns), and most importantly to make positive and lasting changes.
